Return & Refund Policy

At Tacron Gear, we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In their original packaging (including tags, inserts, and protective wrapping)

    • Free from damage, odors, or alterations

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that show signs of wear or use

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such at purchase)

Return Process

  1. Request Authorization
    Contact us at support@tacrongear.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will review your request and provide return instructions.

  2. Packaging the Item
    Securely package the product in its original packaging. Please include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  3. Shipping
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Tacron Gear is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after the return has been received.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or replacement, please contact support@tacrongear.com before returning your original order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
